Supplies needed for A lawn chair ride through the sky?

I want to do the same thing that one guy did with the lawn chair and weather balloons and float through the sky. Any suggestions on what I should bring with me? Thanks!

Myth-busters just did this on TV: they used 2400 balloons and it cost them a fortune in gas.
They had to get a clearance with the FFA but, never attained the height, they popped the balloons with a pellet rifle before they reached any height.

I thought, in my opinion, they were all covered and a lot of help and people but, you have to be nutz. Remember "what goes up, has to come down" not to fast.

You do know that he got in trouble right? Something about restricted air. But if you are determined I believe he used weather balloons. I would probably bring my phone so I could call everyone and tell them to turn the T.V. to your local news channel. For food, Cheez-its and Gummi Bears. And Probably beer, that way when they shoot you down, you can claim that you had no idea what was going on, one minute you were in a bar and then next minute you were a mile above the city getting shot at by the cops.
