It would depend on your lifestyle. Some jobs are not the usual 9-5 or 8-4 schedule. What time do you wake up?? Is this a habit that you have had for awhile?? If you go to bed late because that's when you feel tired/sleepy and sleep, at least ,8 hours then this may be your internal " clock". But, if you are sleeping too much, going to bed late and getting out of bed late, then that is not a healthy routine.

Going bed early is very good, but make sure you get up early in morning because your body needs enough doses of calories early in morning which helps you to have a proper diet.
If you are habituated of sleepign for long hours , probably 7 hrs per day is more than enough to get u running all the day. Lets say if you for sleep at 10 then wake up at 5 , that a lot of sleep u have..:)

of course not. 6 to 8 hrs sleep a day is normal. u can still do 4 to 6 and still ok. the body adjust well to various situations. i'm an adult and still sleeping 8hrs daily. sometimes when busy 4 will suffice.
