I did many months ago when it last needed watering. We've had rain ever since.

Depending on which lawn you are referreing to. The one I water I do it not only with bare feet but bare back also.

In California I did, but here in Texas every time you have rain or water the lawn, fire ants come up. So, no way!
We haven't had to water the lawn yet this year. We've had so much rain, it's like automatic sprinklers.

The feel of the fresh grass and water on my feet reminds me of when I was little and used to play outside with my little cousins...

no way, the wet grass sticks to my feet, and feels uncomfortable. and it is so hard to get off
also if you step on an ant colony...
