I've spent many nights hanging out at Disney's Boardwalk. The atmosphere out there is nice, it is supossed to look like a 1930's Atlantic coastal village, and it's usually not too crowded, especially in the evenings. It's a nice place to go to relax and stroll around after a long day at the parks.

There's a few clubs/bars out there if your over 21 -ESPN Bar, Jellyrolls (a piano bar), and also a Dance Hall (They have weddings there too). There's also a restaurant that brews it own beers.

There's a few of the Disney hotels located along the Boardwalk including the Swan and Dolphin hotel. They are beautiful hotels. Along the river/lake at the Swan there's a beach with hammocks...nice to go and lay around and enjoy the views! Also there's a pretty nice restaurant in the Dolphin.

One place that I absolutely love there is the Wyland Gallery. There on display they have hundreds of Wyland (a famous oceanic painter and sculptor) pieces, available for purchase. It is definitly a place to go have a look. His pieces are amazing. http://www.wylandgalleries.com/

There is an ice cream parlor there that I enjoy..it offers "The kitchen sink", where they put every flavor of ice cream and topping they offer and present to you in an actual kitchen sink! It's hilarious! And It is a great dessert if you are with a fairly good sized group.

Have fun!

Go to Jellyrolls, a dueling piano bar! That's a lot of fun.

Atlantic Dance is also available, as is the ESPN Club. The Boardwalk is very similar to the New Jersey/Maryland boardwalks you find on the Atlantic. In the summertime, you can find most of the places open on the Boardwalk until at least midnight, and of course, the clubs/bars are open until 2.

You can also rent a surrey at the Boardwalk, which is kinda fun. If you're there around 9pm, you can see the fireworks from Epcot.

http://allearsnet.com/btp/brdenter.htm shows a summary of everything that is on the Boardwalk. Pretty much it is closed by 2 a.m., but lots of things close earlier.
