If i use earthlink or AT&T can i still use the Yahoo homepage on Mozilla Firefox?

Just wondering since,I'm changing from slow Verizon DSL to AT&T or earthlink or any other fast ISP.Couldn't deal with the crappy connection and 3 blinking lights.

You absolutely can. The ISP doesn't have full control over your homepage, so it won't be a problem to set Yahoo as the homepage of Firefox.
