A girl's father walks out on her and her mother when she is little.
16 years later the girl works in a coffee shop. A man comes in late at night. She goes to take his order, she looks him in the face and he looks her in the face too. They suddenly realize who each other is. The man is the girls father, then......................? (Finish the story)

The girl acts like she doesn't know him and she "takes his order". She hands the order to another server, who starts preparing his order while she makes a phone call.
The man watches his daughter as she cleans off the counter. Several minutes go by, and several customers leave.
"Don't I know you?" he asks.
She avoids eye contact, "Well, I work here almost every night --"
"No, outside of here." Flashes of blue and red against the buildings on the street. He turns around. "I guess you know who I am."
She puts his order down on the counter in front of him. Penciled in bold: Call the cops -- this guy raped me for years.

The girls tries to leave, but the father makes her come back and tells her he was sorry for walking out on her and her mom when she was little but the girl refuses to listen. The father blocks her exit and forces her to listen to him. He tells her he wasnt ready for a family and that he was in town to apologize and try to come back. The girl asks him how he could expect her to forgive him and how he would be able to make up for all the years he missed of her childhood. Then..... you finish the rest = )
