If you have to reply on answers here, I suggest you just keep your money in the bank.

A serious investor would do a feasibility study first. In fact, the petrol company will even require you to do that first, because they are responsible enough not to take a franchisee's money and then let the poor guy lose because of bad judgment on location.

Even the fastfood franchises will not allow a store to open if they do not think there is a reasonable chance of success.
