I always make people in my life feel special everyday.
I do it with a big smile,kiss and hug,and always ask how they are.
I make people feel that they are important.
I know ,it seems unrealistic but it's true.
That is just how I am.

Good question. Ppl want to be needed or feel like they have done a great accomplishment. You can say, "Great job!" or "I couldn't do that nearly as well as you" or "I'm so glad you're here" or "I love it!" Ppl love compliments. Also, a positive attitude helps tremendously.

something specific to them , not something vague like "nice tshirt"... that kinda gives away the fact that you say the same compliment to evryone....keep their interests in mind and say something really nice that will make them feel good about themselves and what they like to do.....
