Well . . . it depends on what you mean by "strong" and how "strong" you are. Manly women are definitely not attractive. Assertive, bossy types are annoying. If you're getting hit on you can't be THAT bad though. But remember you have to do something to encourage these guys to keep messing with you. It takes effort to hit on someone and it makes us vulnerable (indeed, some guys are deathly afraid of get embarrassed or rejected), so if we don't feel welcome we won't continue. Try starting a conversation the next time you get hit on and maybe offer your phone number. Remember: men want to be appreciated and desired. Not to the point of having a stalker or a pest, but we usually want more attention than we get. If you get that independent attitude, like you don't care if they like you and you can easily find other men, etc., then that will rub them the wrong way. Indeed, who would care to be treated that way? Good luck!

Well I am assuming we are talking about the almighty Femnazi's they seem to think because they are a women they are being oppressed. That they should act as if they have everything to prove, or to act as if EVERY man without exception is a walking moron. No I am not attracted to such women, I wouldnt call them strong, more like a nuisance. I am here to tell you just because you are more articulate, doesnt make you better. So I would say a very small portion of men are attracted to such women, I would say the maybe 5% that want to leach off of their significant other would be attracted.
Of course have you considered the possibility that the reason your relationships dont "blossom" is because you are stupid? Or could it be you have a flawed beleif system and are a complete hypocrite? Hey I think I remember you know...

a strong woman is a woman who is already strong and she does not need to make herself strong nor resist others being strong around her
a strong woman does not need to say there is anything wrong with the males or females around her to prove a point and boost herself up
a strong woman experiences strength, freedom and the ability to coordinate life now and does not need the world to change to be who she wants to be and has no time for running around quoting school books and crying foul.
a strong woman is capable of but does not need to be affiliated with a flock of loud unhappy hurt birds to tell her she is this or that and who the oppressors are
a strong woman does not view herself or women in the past as victims
a truly strong woman can be strong or weak - she flows and is approppriate to life - she is not stuck being any one thing

I'll make this simple. Feminists are known to be mean, angry, and aggressive, and to not like men. Men know this. Maybe you are cute enough to attract men, but as soon as they hear your feminist views, they go find someone that the won't end up wanting to pimp slap every time she opens her mouth.
My guess is 99%. And that last 1% is probably kind of soft, if that's what you're into.
EDIT: I have to agree with the poster below. Rosie O'Donnell is who we think of when we think "strong" feminist. No thanks.

There you go . . . you wanted men to not just like a woman for "looks" and obviously, they don't. 100% are turned off by the Rosie O'Donnell type, no matter HOW they look. You've come a long way.

Men might found women hot on the outside.
But when the angry feminist man hating bs comes out after talking to you. I'd say 95% of males would be unattracted.

There's WAY too many variables to answer this... especially about your particular situation.
They would only be able to do a survey, which wouldn't be accurate considering what people consider to be strength is very subjective.

I'd make a calculated estimate of 99% among low status men! They are the most vocal on the subject.
