Life is movement,
If you are at the top, Where is there left to go?
We all fall many times,
take the times that you are on the top to build reserves,
figure out the things you can do to make yourself feel good, and then when you do have the down times, you allready know what your fallback is.
Rely on your freinds and faimly as well.

It is the way of nature. Ying and yang. Birth and death. Day and night. Left and right. Perfection and destruction.
Okay, maybe not. Stuff happens and it can happen whether it is preceded by perfection or not.
You don't talk about your cyclone, but it sounds severe. The severity may simply be how you are perceiving the cyclone. Our suffering arises from our attachment to stuff ... to ideas, to things, even to people. As we learn to depend less on these attachments, we achieve a sort of freedom that allows us to enjoy more.
Good luck!

You know this is life building the next step upwards.
The material you can stand on is what has crashed down.
Stay calm and let the picture (of the next step) unfold.
I always experienced that in my own life if the time was ripe to take the next step.

Because we are here by accident -- one of million sperms that made it. We live in the container of life. It holds many things together. Some bounce off of each other and some merge with one another. Sometimes the ones that merge, split, and visa versa. And sometimes we just sit idle and reflect on these behaviors, as we float in the container of life.

That's how we learn in life, and to to deal with it. Each time as we learned through the bad times, we become stronger and learn to deal with it/situations better.
