I don't think it would be a good idea because it would hinder Russell's developement. Plus, if he's not ready the Raiders picked up the underrated McCown, who, when he was with the Cardinals 2 years ago put up some nice numbers when Kurt Warner flopped, yet again. The Raiders could use that money somewhere else.

I have to admit though, I like what new head coach Kiffin has done so far. Not bad at all.

well they can't do any worse with him than they did last season. he's not the best qb in the league but maybe he could make a difference.
