When Your grandkids are ready for college. The printings were so huge that it's going to take that long for them to reach full value. They're selling at a premium now, because there's just been a new release. But it's nothing compared to what'll be like down the road when the books are still in Print and the 1st editions are rare.

Check the Amazon and E-bay prices on the 1st editons of the Oz books and you'll see what I mean.

In fifty or sixty years. Don't be tempted to sell them now, despite what you can get off of ebay, there's still far too many first editions out. You want to wait for them, first editions, to become a lot rarer at which point they become more valuable.

Yes, i agree, now is the best time since you can now sell the 1st additions as a set and make maximum profit

Just Keep it safe...It may be another 50 years before the price really soar...haha..ppl may not even read books(paper kind) then the'll all be using PC,tablet or whatever..So it will be reallyexclusive collectible item then..
