I mean i know they do not have a lot to cheer about and their soccer team winning is a great thing for their country but wouldnt you think to be smart enough to stay away from placves packed with people...it was a perfect chance for terrorists to hit... very sad and predic

I find it strange the authorities would let so many people congregate in one place like this, for so long anyway. It seems like an insane idea.

Not really. Everyone thought there will be crazy bombings during elections in Iraq, but it was actually pretty quiet(more so than usual) during elections. You can say that now, but you can say that about anything, any events in Iraq. There are many many perfect chance for terrorists in Iraq.
