is it bad to expect people to tell me happy birthday? it is on July 26th and i always want someone to say it to make me feel special...and im 24...thats petty, dont ya think?

No it's not petty at all. Almost everyone likes to be noticed on occasion. I'm older than you are (boy am I) and I still like to be wished happy birthday.

No! That's not bad or petty at all! Everybody deserves to hear a Happy Birthday. See, what I personally like to do when they don't say Happy Birthday to me, is force them to go out and buy me the biggest, most expensive birthday cake out there. That typically gets the message across to them :)
