and how does NYU and UCLA stand for this major

The problem is that the best Marketing schools in the country don't offer an undergraduate program, for the most part. NYU has one of the better programs; UCLA doesn't have an undergraduate business program at all. Wharton is currently considered the best undergraduate business school overall, and they do have good marketing faculty, but they are extremely exclusive. Michigan is also an excellent program. If you are looking at the Coasts, consider Berkeley, Georgetown, Boston College, Villanova or MIT.

Most undergraduate programs aren't really good with business programs. Wharton is an exception. UCLA has a business economics major but it's pretty tough and involves a lot more theoretical math. NYU has a decent program though it's not as prestigious a college as Wharton or UCLA.
