Is invader Zim returning, with the same crew, in 2007/2008. I heard it is but I'm not completely sure.

No. Jhonen has said it millions of times before. He will not bring back Invader Zim. This rumor has spread around before, a year or two ago, raising false hope. Don't believe it.
Besides, even if it did return, without Jhonen being in charge, it wouldn't be the same. I'm terrified what they'd end up doing to it. It's a wonderful show just the way it is.
