9 because Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap was one of their best albums and it definitely deserves that 9 on a scale.

I'd rate it a strong 7 it's not AC/DC's best work but it has a couple of stand-out hits. Anything with Bon Scott just rocks too.
