If there is an abnormality in the orbiting and tilting of earth, how it affect the climate?

If the axial tilt of the Earth changed, we'd have a lot more than the climate to worry about. The tectonic stresses produced would create major earthquakes all over the planet, and volcanism would increase greatly.

As far as climate, depending on the direction and rate of tilt, parts of the Earth would receive more or less sunlight than usual causing a change in heating and cooling of both the atmosphere and the seas.

Ocean currents would change, ice caps would melt at the present poles and start forming at the new poles. Weather patterns would change, (most of them violently) as the planet adjusted to the new situation.

Let's just say that Earth would not be a pleasant place if a relatively rapid change in axial tilt were to occur.
