It's not illegal to broadcast their image without consent. They can broadcast their image all they want, because these men are entering private property with the intent of committing a felony -- their right to not have their image broadcast across the world is out the window at that point.

People must realize that they are subject to being on video anywhere, especially on private property. These alleged criminals are not minors, which are typically not shown on camera. In addition, the crime had already been committed (soliciting a minor online) and more charges were filed if the suspect went to the house.

They're maybe using they're constitutional rights as a free press but, I would guess there's other facts like " Innocent until proven guilty" if you had me on there and I wasn't guilty but, you viewed me as guilty and my friends all found out, I would be pretty sore. You might find yourself in for a hefty lawsuit for false charges of some kind.
It's like the crap that "Dog" the bounty hunter puts on, a bunch of staged shows for the TV crews. I know real bounty hunters and they wouldn't even think of acting like the "Dog" show. I'm amazed how many people are taken in by this false showing on TV, it's not even entertainment.

stupid show needs to be canceled. What if someone was accused of this and they didn't even do anything. People shouldn't be allowed to put people's identity on national television. To catch a predator, sheesh. In these days a 20 year old going out with a 17 year old is a predator.

They probably get them to agree by shortening their jail sentence. That's even if they send them to jail.
