Ok so I picked Belichek because
-He makes it so that the team wins as a team not star players maiking huge plays to win games.
-He has one of the classiest teams in the NFL
-He also took a mediocre team and WON a championship with them
-No only does he coach but he helps in the front office and does a great job.

I agree. Belichick is the man.

Belichek is the man. Eric Mangini will be his replacement though, Manginis first year with the Jets he took a team that had no starting running back, 2 rookie offensive linemen, a QB coming back from shoulder surgery, a defense that didnt have the players fit for a 3-4, a major hole at cornerback, a really inexperienced and small NT, and it being his first year ever as a head coach, to the playoffs at 10-6. Beating the Patriots and coming close to it the first time also. This guy is a good coach and will do nothing but win if he keeps it up. I do believe Sean Payton is aweful tough to beat also, Mike Tomlin will do good in Pitt. *Wess D* your crazy, the NFL isnt the way you make it seem. Tom Brady leading that offense and that great D is what won the super bowls. Adam Vinateri didnt do nothing but hit the game winners. 9/11 had nothing to do with it all, if this were the case, the Giants, Jets or Bills would be the champs. Gosh what a dumb answer you put up!

Sean Payton. He took a mediocre team to the NFC Championship and looks bound to win a Superbowl at some point.

Bellichek was a product of his amazing coordinators and players. When he was with Cleveland he sucked and I don't really think a coach is going to get that much better.

Championship wise I'd say Mr. Belichick.
My personal favorite who I just think is a great coach and teacher is Tony Dungy.

I pick Dungy because he is the complete package as a human being and football coach. He has been successful everywhere. Bellycheck is 100% pure arrogant ***hole.

why would you say Bellichk is better, because he won the Super Bowls because of field goals made by Adam Vinitari or the tuck rule that allowed Vinitari's FG that beat the OAK raiders, in the AFC championship. Because the NFL wanted the Patriots to win the Super Bowl to boost up the morale of the country because of the tradegy of 9/11 that year. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

No Bellichek is overated....he won those games bc of clutch kicks by his MAIN player the KICKER and Tom Brady's luck.

Mike Martz is the best Head coach ever.
