It may have been a Madagascar roach. They are the largest in the world, however I don't know if they are in your area of NV or not. They get that big. I used to live in SC, and we had some pretty large palmetto bugs there, but not as big as what you saw. Also, fyi, the palmetto roaches can fly too. Scary.

Use boric acide to get rid of roaches. You can fidn this anywhere they sell pest control products. Also check your local hardware store.

That sounds like A palmetto , we get them in Az too
We call them sewer roaches.
PS They also can fly !

I was in a hotel in Las Vegas and one just like that ran me out of the bathroom. Guess who checked out and went to another hotel? YUCK!!!!!
