The only way I can see this being illegal in the states are if you have sex with a minor or if you are a soldier of the U.S.. Stipulations in the Jag books say that a soldier that commits adultery and if there is proof (i.e pictures,DNA through pregnancy and so on) Can lead to prosecution by UCMJ action. The thing is.. Hardly anyone gets prosecuted unless the soldier is messing with another solder's wife..and her husband wants to press charges . But, its really hard to prosecute unless there is hard core proof.
Other than that .. in the states that is the only way its illegal.. And some states do have adultery laws..

It is not illegal in the USA unless you are having sex with an underage person. As far as I know, it's no longer illegal to have sex with someone of the same sex unless they are underage. The age of consent varies from state to state. In some states it can be used against you in a divorce case, but that doesn't mean it's illegal.

According to God yeah lol, but according to American law, no. In most states, the age of consent is 16 and at that age you can have sex with someone up to five years older than you, provided that he is not an authority figure. Otherwise, no, it is not illegal.

No. Not in the US.
Private consensual sexual acts between consenting adults (other than incest) cannot be made illegal -- per the Supreme Court ruling on the subject a couple years ago.
Any state laws still on the books are unenforceable.

It depends on where you live. In Michigan recently it was brought up in the media about adultery being a felony in Michigan, even though the DA's in the State are not actively pursuing the matter.

Are you married. Adultery is a crime on the books in many states, like mine. I have never heard anyone being charged though! That scenerio would have a lot of ramifications in divorce court as far as settlement and fault.

Maybe in a hard-core Islamic area. Which is like everywhere Islam is popular. You can see it in the news all the time . . . people in Islamic areas getting executed by Muslims for simple innocuous "offenses". Good night!

If it is, they are going to have to build a boatload of new prisons.
No. And it's not immoral either.
