Crackers and Cheese; crackers spread with some butter and then shredded Mozzarella cheese, put on top, melted in the microwave. The crackers were Olive Oil and Rosemary Triscuits. Taste sort of like Pizza without the other toppings.
Fattening, but so good!

I bought olive loaf on sale today with cheddar cheese. I made a sandwich with nine grain bread. For dessert I had some candy from Australia. My next meal is going to have to be kicked up a notch from this one!
