They come for water, if you have one, then there are ten more somewhere. You'd better bomb the place and fog.

One of our toilets isn't grouted around the bottom and I've seen them come out of there before. I haven't seen any lately because I put some of those Harris' Roach Tablets EVERYWHERE I possibly could! I have a baby and a toddler, so I can't leave poison out... but you can unscrew all of your outlet covers and drop tablets in the walls, and if there's any space around the pipes going into your walls under your sinks you can shove some in there, too. That's how they travel around your house... along wires and pipes in your walls, so the tablets really help!

From the sewer.
Up from the city main chances are.
Also from your house though.
I see them in city water meter cans all the time.
If you've just seen one, only in a bathroom, you actually keep a fairly clean house.
I've worked in other people's houses half my career. I've been in houses so infested, you could smell the roach droppings.
Anyway, if you seen one, you do have more. Don't see many more before you call an exterminator.

we've spider issues in our bathing room (we've discovered them in our towels too! Eek!), and we discovered a small hollow interior the wall close to the baseboard precise throughout the time of from the bathe. We found out they have been coming from there, simply by fact it is the place they might run to each and every time we've been given close, and we observed one pop out of there sometime. examine your partitions and baseboards for any cracks or holes interior the partitions, and spray everywhere you spot any style of crack or hollow. In apartments, all it takes is your neighbor having roaches. Then the roaches get interior the partitions and discover some style of hollow or crack to pass slowly by and infest your condominium as properly. there isn't any way they could be residing interior the bathroom without drowning. you probable purely discovered them interior the bathroom simply by fact they attempt to pass slowly in there to get water, and then in simple terms conclusion up swimming around. it is surpassed off a pair situations to our spiders as properly.

There's a pipe chase, (Hollow in the wall), associated with your toilet. - Best guess.
Look for the openings the pipes come out of, (under the little chrome collars), spray in some RAID & snuff the little b**t**ds.
