i cook w/ them all the time, on salads, cheeseburgers, sandwiches, w/ steak, onion rings, mmmmmmm, i;m getting hungry

This is my favorite. Wash and cut up potato's in big chunks, slice onions into rings, mix together with olive oil and bake for about an hour. If you microwave the potato's you can put the mixture in some foil and grill it. Either way it is my favorite and delicious.
