Thank goodness for Filipino friends, especially on the holidays and Filipino Community Day. We get to try everyone's pancit noodles, taste lots of seafood, and this one lady makes a great pineapple and cashew cake. I make persimmon and tamarind cookies and they love my chocolate and walnut fudge. I cannot eat enough limpa

Yes! For my friends graduation party, they had an all-out Filioino dinner. I had something called chocolate meat(?), adobo, and some other stuff that was really good.

Yes I have and they were Delicious! I actually have some homemade little meat kinda rolls thingys in my deep freezer that were made especially for me......
I can't wait to fry them up!!! Yummy!

My grandson is part Filipino, I'm sure he's tried it when he goes to his father side of the family to stay, but I haven't...;)

I would rather eat the food than the plates and bowls.
I believe I have but just because a person is from a certain country doesn't mean they know how to cook that country's dishes.
