Thank goodness for Filipino friends, especially on the holidays and Filipino Community Day. We get to try everyone's pancit noodles, taste lots of seafood, and this one lady makes a great pineapple and cashew cake. I make persimmon and tamarind cookies and they love my chocolate and walnut fudge. I cannot eat enough limpa . Best of luck to you!!

Yes! For my friends graduation party, they had an all-out Filioino dinner. I had something called chocolate meat(?), adobo, and some other stuff that was really good.

My grandson is part Filipino, I'm sure he's tried it when he goes to his father side of the family to stay, but I haven't...;)

I would rather eat the food than the plates and bowls.

I believe I have but just because a person is from a certain country doesn't mean they know how to cook that country's dishes.
