Oscars, like most of the common cichlids, are eager breeders and don't need anything special in this respect. If they are a mated pair, they'll breed sooner or later regardless. If they are not a mated pair, they won't breed no matter what you do.

I definitly dont think the tempeture of the water matters.I think it just matters which otters you put in the same tank,then again thats not a fact.Its jus my opinion.
