I believe she would. She really has no choice in the matter.
We're spending something along the lines of ten billion dollars per month in Iraq.
Military equipment is in poor shape and personnel are exhausted from repeated deployments and extentions, which has an extremely negative impact on our national readiness.
There are other problems in the world that are far more pressing.
Even General Petraeus freely admits that there is no military solution.
Internal forces that we cannot control are making it impossible to achieve our aims.
I don't mean to imply that I think Hillary is somehow enlightened, but pulling out is becomming less a matter of choice and more a matter of necessity. We cannot sustain our operations there and continue to defend our country at the same time. Period.

Hillary will never be president. Shes Bill Clinton's wife who was impeached, shes a democrat, and a woman. Not being sexist but thats the way it is. But just to answer the question, the way i see things going at the moment she would have way too much on her from her advisors and congress as well. If it leads to be too bad, it could be two people impeached from the same family.

If she did she would end up like JFK. With the US builing an 800 million dollar embasssy and Balad AFB 40 miles north of bagdhad we aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

Oh, she'd pull the troops alright. And she'd go out and try to be buddies with every tyrant on the planet. And in the background, the terrorists would be dancing in the streets, plotting their next mass attack on us. The thought of her being a President is just too frightening to fathom!

She would withdraw some, to Iran.
Only idiots believe you can walk in, then can't walk out.
It's hard for the average American to walk into a Wal-Mart, and not buy something before they leave.
Vote for Ron Paul, he'll get us out, if he is not assassinated for believing in the constitution.
If he is not elected, you have America isolated, then divided, then, conquered, then take your guess,... Catholocism? Don't take the mark.

I think she'll pull all of them out except for a small "security force" with rules of engagement so strict that they'll basically be slaughtered Mogadishu style. That way, the American public will "demand" she remove the last of our forces and she will "reluctantly" grant their wishes.

It depends on suppose she wins in 08. If she wants to be a one term president she can keep them there, if she has her sights set on being reelected she will have no choice but to pull them out.

Somebody has to pull the troops, and I think it will be a total withdrawal. If you leave a small contingency there, say maybe 20,000, they will be targeted every single day until they are a) withdrawn, or b) killed.

It's hard not to focus on the who part. She won't get the presidency for one.
And no, she would not simply because you can't go takeover a country and simply withdraw from there.
