Our neighbor across the street has 16 children and one on the way!!! There is only one set of twins in there. And that is a girl/boy combination. They have so many children that they always see to have some hanging from the roof. Literally. The children play in the street. They are Ukranian and come from the farming part of the country. So they value lots of children. Children are a status symbol to them. The dad's words not mine. He said about 2 years ago that his brother's family is a discrace because they only had 4 or 5 children. EEEEk!!!

I have 6 brothers and 2 sisters.

John
Diane
Steven
Donna
Mark
David
Rick
Me-Lisa
Keith

My parents actually planned only one, me. My Dad wanted another little girl and they had me.

It is kind of funny. My eldest brother was 50 in February and he and his wife adopted a daughter in May. And my Sister Diane's oldest daughter is married with 3 boys.

In my family it is normal to have Aunts and Uncles older and younger than you and we appear to be carrying that on as well. As a matter of fact my husbands nephew is 30, married with 2 boys and we have a 16 yr old daughter and a 2 1/2 yr old son.

Too funny!

my grandma. she has eleven siblings. she grew up in kentucky and was the oldest of them all. she never really got to be a kid, because she was taking care of all her younger siblings. now, she doesn't have very many of them left because they have all died from some sort of cancer...a lot of them still lived back in the south, and there, kids started smoking tobacco at a young age, so a lot of them died of lung cancer.
