I wouldn't think it would be THAT many !!
I mean, it takes at least Several minutes for a person to be born !! One born within a minute would be highly unusual and so, I doubt that there would be that many !!
May be say two or three a month ???

In the world you mean??

About 230 persons. A little below 4 people per second

Which is about 120 million people per year.

The one data I used is the world birth rate which is about 20 births per 1,000 people per year. From there, considering a world population of 6 billion people (actually I think it is a little over that now) I worked out the result.
