wat i mean slowy we push our gravity to 20 times or 10 then to 100 and create chain reaction anf whola!! become stronger that superman!! we must be inside a gravity machine to become strong
and remember not to goto the moon or any place where the gravity is less because we will 100% become so weak like those astronuts who come back to earth!!

Obviously you`ve tried it and failed . In a pressure 500 times the pull of normal gravity , your brain will be flattened to the point it comes squishing out your ears ! Not pretty !

Not being a nuclear physicist , I can`t comment on your gravitational "chain reaction" and "gravity machine" , although I have no doubt you have extensive knowledge of these scientific advancements .

The human body can only take so much strain before something gives. Put into a 500g environment would squash you like a bug, and under those pressures oxygen would probably solidify anyway. If somehow you could survive that you would be well beyond the limits of the endoskeletal form which means even if you had bones made of steel you would need more muscle than you have arm. You would need an exoskeletan of some sort but 500g may even be beyond that as well.

If you stood on the ground with 500g's pulling at you, the level of pressure would cause normal matter to be crushed into itself, generating enormous temperatures, probably vaporizing it. The surface gravity of the sun is only about 30 times that of Earth, and the sun undergoes a massive fusion reaction in it's core because of the pressures caused by gravity.

If you could exercise in such gravity, I would consider you a god. You just can't adjust the strength of a person that way.

If you were made of steel you could operate in some pretty hefty gravity situations but you could never become supernatural.

Sadly...thankfully, reality does not work like Dragon Ball Z. In other words, no, you would not become like a god, but you would become like a pancake.
