yes, it never ever let me down ...
occasionally i was fool enough not to listen that's when i screwed up really bad :)

It is always right as far as the individual him/herself is concerned, but not necessarily right from the point of view of everyone else.
This little voice called conscience is based on our own internal beliefs of what is right and wrong deeply etched within us ... even though this is greatly influenced by the social norms which are common, every individual does end up with a few variations based on his/her own life experiences... and to that extent, this inner voice is unique for every individual.
I therefore believe that what our inner voice tells us need not be Gospel truth.... but it is certainly the most relevant truth for our own purposes.

Hell no. The little voice inside of me always tells me to do outlandish things that I would never even consider doing.

I think so because conscience dictates what is good and right for oneself. That small voice is the angel to lead you in choosing the right path. It will not put you down but always on the better and brighter side. Trust our conscience and surely we will always be in the right track.

Sometimes that voice is infulenced by my misconceptions.
Or influenced by my mother or another persons judgment
Or by fear of making a mistake, Or lack of self confidence.
If the voice is confused. I just wait until it makes sense

I don't think so... I think it's just there to sort of lead the way.... but it may not always be right, because people make mistakes, right? So it just gives you whatever it thinks is right... but you have to learn from those mistakes.
