I had to take my dog to a Behavioral Therapist today (yeah, lame, I know) so I learned LOADS about dog behavior. Only about 1 in 2000 dogs is a true pack leader. A dog yawning can be a sign of nervousness. My dog loves Cheez Whiz. Plus a whole host of other dog trivia.

I learned how to drive to an address one hour from here so my friend could pick up some tons of free moving boxes that a freecycler was giving away! LOL

I also learned how to download some transcription files and edit them with some new trial software I downloaded...I'm sure I learned a lot more but those are the two top biggies of he day! :~)

Today I learned that the whole myth about running in zig-zags to get away from a crocodile when it's chasing you is completely ridiculous. Ok yes crocs have long bodies and short legs that make it hard for them to do sharp turns of zig-zags, but you would never need to utilize this technique since crocs are ambush predators; they strike quickly at their prey but if it gets away from the initial attack, the croc will just wait for something else to come along. They don't do the whole "chase" thing.
