There's no defined very first thing about learning anything. Most of the people start by creating a hello world program in C, but in my opinion that's not what everyone starts with.
You may want to start with the thing, that has appealed you the most towards C programming.

what is c and why are u learling c.
what can it do for u. then start with the basic structure and variables.... then printf and scanf and then u can move towards loops
