I have no job experience and I like to work for a big company such as Prudential or Coldwell Banker. Will I be able to get a better commission split since Broker's license is harder to obtain?

When acting as sales associate, a broker's license is of no extra value. A broker's license is only of additional monetary value when the holder of the license uses the licensure to perform agency management duties under such licensure.

Anything in this business is negotiable, but I do not think you'll be able to get a better split. Experience, not a broker's license will get you more, but try it, what do you have to lose?
