Nostradamus was just as stupid as the other guy. You know anyone can write nonsense and then have some moron take that nonsense and say it means something. I don't know why Nostradamus is so popular with really stupid people. YOU CAN NOT KNOW THE FUTURE. And if you can then why can't you get it right? Hister instead of Hitler? What, did he forget to polish his crystal ball that day? And why can't he be more precise, give the exact date and time man.
World end? Yeah, on June 6, 6666. 6/6/6666. Sounds good to me and my crystal ball. And Jesus has just given me a thumbs up on that date so I think you should all listen.

Not only does the Mayan calandar end in 2012, there is a time line in the Pyramid that has significant dates noted, (one of which is Sept. 2001)and it ends in the year 2012. hmmmm coincidence? I saw a show on Public Television some years back where they put together a "model" of the Mayan and others' timelines and theorized that it isn't that the world will end in 2012, but that time as we know it may change because we (humans) discover time travel. Very interesting theory!

2012: This year seems to be a major focal point for many prophecies: Michael Drosnin, author of "The Bible Code," found a hidden message in the Pentateuch (the first five books in the Bible) that predicts that a comet will crash into the earth in 2012 and annihilate all life
How ever I would say the Mayans and Hopi Indians are the ones who predicted it first

I think that I saw something like that on the Discovery Channel. They were talking about an asteroid that is headed this way. It is due to come close or even hit earth at that time. I'm sorry, I saw this over a month ago and don't remember many of the details.

The same people that went out and spent all their money in 1999 cause they thought it was going to end with the new millenium. They even got when the millenium started wrong. I don't start counting things, like dollar bills for instance, by going, " Zero, one, two, three, etc." I count things out by going, "One, two, three...etc." But, apparently they think things in a series start with zero. Since they ended up with all those bills after the "end" of the millenium came and went...even the REAL end, now they're biding their time saying it will end in 5 years. I didn't believe them then and I don't believe them now. I got a $1,000.00 that says I get to tell them, "See, we're all still here. I told ya so," in 2013.

The Discovery channel? Is that where this nonsense started? There are no asteroids or comets that will hit the Earth in 2012.
