You could try to make a website from yahoo. It depends on what the quality of the website needs to be.

if you use one of these services for a web site then you are going to loose professional look.
I will never take a web site that looks like http://business.freehost.com seriously.
Simply it looks like a scam, that type of sites is for fun and not for businesses.
