32(2pi)/60 = x/3 ==

64pi/60 = x/3 ==

16pi/15 = x/3 ==

48pi/15 = x =

16pi/5 radians; (approx. 10.05 radians)

32(360)/60 = 25/t ==

32(6) = 25/t ==

192t = 25 ==

t = 25/192 seconds (approx 0.1302 seconds)

Both of these are just simple proportions.

There are 2 x PI radians in one revolution. The rest is just multiplication and division. I hope you can get there from here, but I did my homework problems like this 50 years ago.

32 revolutions/min, 1 rev will take 60s/32rev = 1.875 sec
1 rev = 1.875sec = 6.283 rad

Find in radians the angle through which the wheel turns in 3 seconds.
1.875sec/3.00sec = 6.283 rad/X rad

How long will it take to turn 25 degree
25' = 0.4363 rad

1.875sec/X sec = 6.283 rad/0.4363 rad
