That's right- Blue whales are bigger.
T-rex measured about 12 to 13 meters (40 to 43.3 feet) long, and 4.5-5 m (14-16.6 ft) tall, when fully-grown.
Blue whale measures up to 33 metres (110 ft) in length and 181 metric tonnes (200 short tons) or more in weight, it is believed to be the largest animal to have ever lived.

The Blue Whale can measure up to 33 meters long and weigh up to 181 metric tons. The T-Rex was roughly 13 meters long and is though to have weighed roughly 7 tons. The answer: A Blue Whale by far.
