on an engine with that high of mileage you are probably going to want to get a new engine.

anything you do to boost the HP on that high mileage motor will finish it off call chevy and see what kind of crate motor they have available,add the labor in then see how much you have left to play with

Drive it for awhile, and then do your mods.
