For the first few years, a woman's period may not fall into the 7 day long cycle and some never do. I have known of women who have a short 3 day cycle (lucky biotches, LOL!) and then there are those who have to put up with it for a week. Please make sure that you start seeing a gynecologist now that your periods have started so that you can ask them more detailed questions and keep your reproductive health in check. Good luck!

That sounds normal. A period can last from 3-7 days (Mine are around 4-5). Plus you have just started. It can take years for a cycle to regulate. There is nothing wrong with you.

Your lucky is what you are.

But aside from that, your normal and healthy as far as I can tell. Most of my friends only have three day periods. Be thankful.
