They are happy to see you, even if they don't know you.
They always invite you to come to their house for coffee or dinner, and they actually mean it.
They know you're hungry even if you don't and if you don't eat, you will hurt their feelings.
Any ailment you have can be cured with yansoon or arak.
They do indeed mix languages, for example, I have never ever heard someone say "please" in Arabic, always English, and it's always "le" this or "le" that (French).
An hour after dinner, you WILL be hungry again, and you WILL eat again.
If you offer to help tidy up, you will hear "no, no, no, no, no, you sit down!"
If you even have the faintest look on your face that hints that you may want something, they will get it for you.
When they say, "I love you", they mean it.
They will never come to your house empty handed.
If you refuse to let them help you, they are going to do it anyway, you will never win an argument with a Lebanese.
They never want you to be unhappy, they will go out of their way to make you smile, at least while you are around them, otherwise, they will kick your ***.
Their home is always open to you, there is always love, food and comfort there for you.
And, they are pretty good dancers.
In conclusion, Lebanese are the coolest people on Earth.
Can I get an "Amen"?

LOLLLLLL at Smutty!! good..
But you forgot the 100 rakwehs of coffee daily, the Lebanese incorrigible habit of being half an hour late for everything (I'm a big adept of this one).
Oh and we always mix 2 or 3 languages in one sentence (hi man, kifak? ca va?)
We're great people who never sleep (but also never wake up!)
Edit: Amen to Flawless.

Our traditions revolve around beautiful girls, belly dancing, growing hash, and last but not least hommos!
Oh yes, we inject ourselves with tabouli from time to time.
The average Lebanese also likes to own an ak-47 (just in case) along with 400 bullets (also just in case).
Other traditions include drinking Arak, tejgeel (aka teshbee7 3al sha3b) etc..
Oh yes, have I mentioned that our car mechanics have a tradition of putting back only 50% of screws (enta shou baddak? 3ala mas2ouliyteh ya zalameh iza be9eer ma3ak shi)
