The bubbles appear clear because they are composed of a very thin layer of soapy water only a few molecule thick. The dyes in bubble film is too sparse to have much direct effect on the light passing through it. this results in the bubbles appearing clear.

Actually if you look closely at the bubbles, you will see different colours moving across the surface of the bubbles. these colours are the result of the light being refracted by the water and chemicals in the water.

a bubble is just an air pocket the colored soap is the the see through shell i believe it is see through because of all its many shades of colors for example if you stare at the bubble closely and positon it to the light you can see many different colors.

The bubbles are not white. a bubble contain so many shades of colors. I studied in physics why ...but I don't remember exactly.

Well the soap is dyed, so when u use it the dye goes away...somehow.
