the instruction dont say which hole to put it in or anything. its all so confusing but i need one cuz im on the swim team and i dont feel comfortable with my mom seeing my private and sticking it up there.

you sound just like me when i first started using tampons.. I was scared im like what hole does it go in. No need to worry. There are two Holes.. The first one if ur pee hole of course it will not go up there so no need to really worry it is to small so it wont fit up there anyway.. The second hole which is the last one. Its right before your but if that helps any.. well u just relax its easy that way. Sit however u want to. And SLOWLY cause u will be scared stick the whole plastic tampon up there when your fingers touch your skin start pushing the i dont know what its called the bar thing on the end of the tampon up there and then boom your done.. you can do it.. im the biggest chicken ever when it came to that and i did it. my 12 year old cuz can do it im sure you can.. Hope it works

There should be a diagram in the instructions. It's the middle hole. Feel around with your finger or look in a mirror, you'll find the spot. It can't fit anwhere else.

use your finger first it will be easier to find exactly where and what angle it has to go in.
