By Asking a Million People for a One Dollar Bill. That'll take awhile plus you need food to survive so you would pretty much loose half of it anyways.

well your not allowed to lie about organizations, etc. because that is illegal.... so mostly, just go find as much change on the street as possible, and good luck with asking people... I'm sure that you could do it though,... not exactly getting a dollar from each person, but if you are motivated enough, I'm sure you could get there...
