Mine is Cat Stevens "Tea for the Tillerman." I just loved looking at that album cover when I was little. It was hard to understand why there was a cartoon on something my dad owned, and I liked the music on the record, too.

What 60s/70s album art intrigued, inspired, or invigorized you?

Personally, I am a huge fan of Roger Dean's work, which did a lot of covers for many progressive bands in the 70s. The album which most enthrills me, though, is the demented troll on the cover of the album 'First Utterance' by a band named 'Comus'. I have a vinyl of the album on the wall and if one really looks closely at the picture, he can discover something new and more special about it. A really amazing cover for one of the best albums made ever.

Neil Young Live Rust.

Many people believe Mr. young has a signature sound but he actually changed his style many times throughout his career and often chose amateur band members and poor equipment on purpose or even made band mates switch instruments (drums to guitar etc.) to get a "first-time-performed" raw rock sound.

Live Rust is a great example of this. It is classic Neil you with a perfectly executed and cutting "grunge-band" sound that cuts to the gut. He was a man way before his time.
