Try this out, before every game picture your self as a 100ft tall, solid steal, raging, infinitely skilled, and all powerful juggernaut this is unstopable in everyway. NO ONE CAN BEAT YOU! Tell yourself this, believe this, be this during everygame and everyone will be intimidated on the court by you. Your game will improve because your skills will go up and you will have an undeniable presence on the court!

think about it. 24/7.

When I started football sophomore year in HS I was a huge pussy, and i'm still working on it. But what did help was that I htought about the missed opportunities like, all day. I couldn't help it, whenever I missed a tackle due to my fear, i'd beat myself up on it, and think of how I could've done better. I also htink of how I coulda done other plays better.

Might be harder for basketball cause the plays aren't as direct and no so big in magnitude, but maybe

And secondly, I had to play a lot of JV at a recent camp. It was great just being the dominating thing out on the field, I laid out tons of people and gained my confidence, maybe try and play with some people you know you can beat

(be carful tho, I dunno if that works, I'm still trying to see)

Good luck

constantly tell yourself that you have to go for the ball no matter what. kind of like a life and death situation.

you got it easy, not being agressive enough. I am too agressive on the court, and I can get out of control!
