Those child-proof caps on medicine bottles, with no opportunity to buy a non-child-proof alternative for households with no children. The prescription ones are bad enough, but you can usually ask the pharmacist to give you a non-CP cap. But the non-prescription medicines like cough syrups that have them are a pain in the hand. And cleaning products!
