I need to learn how to make fuzzy leg warmers like this.

They're made of long pile faux fur, dyed in stripes before the legwarmers are made. You could buy some plain white fur and use Tulip spray dye to do the colors. I don't know where you are from, so here is a UK site

man i hate those ugly socks. im thinking colord fake fur or one of those fake types of feathers. I really dont kno !
