low tide i do beleive.

Low tide when you can walk on areas that were under water and see what was left as the tide went out. Also after storms when there is an area where waves came higher than normal and threw shells up to a debris line.

go to the beach when low tide go in the water till it touches your anckles and go up and down the shore

defifintely low tide. we own a beach so i better know. you get to see a lot of starfish, too.
